Eagles would be crazy to dump their top 2025 trade asset too soon

General managers across the NFL are finally catching on to a strategy Howie Roseman and the Philadelphia Eagles have been utilizing for years.

The end of training camp is the perfect time to shake things up with a trade.

The Denver Broncos made a move Wednesday that even Roseman would be proud of — flipping 2024 seventh-round draft pick WR Devaughn Vele for a 2026 fourth and a 2027 seventh.

The Eagles have already made multiple moves this summer, turning defensive lineman Thomas Booker IV and tight end Harrison Bryant into cornerback Jakoroian Bennett and wide receiver John Metchie III.
