The Philadelphia Eagles waived linebacker Asantay Brown and signed free agent linebacker Hayes Pullard, according to an official announcement from the team.
Brown suffered an injury during one of the Eagles’ practices against the Ravens last week. He was a long shot to make the team even if he was healthy.
The 27-year-old Pullard has some experience in the league. He began his career as a seventh-round pick by the Browns in the 2015 NFL Draft. The Jaguars then signed the rookie Pullard off Cleveland’s practice squad.
