For the second straight game, Kelly didn't have his offense ready in the first half. But unlike last week vs. the Falcons, they were just as bad in the second half. It was the worst performance of the Kelly era.

Kelly fought to run the personnel department, and after an outing that was utterly pathetic, it is fair to question the moves just two games into the season. The new quarterback, running back, and remade offensive line were duds.
