Entering the second quarter down 7-3 facing an Arizona first-and-10 inside the 10-yard line, the Eagles were able to hold the Cardinals to three points after a nice stand by the home team’s defense. A short field goal by Chandler Catanzaro made it 10-3, but the Eagles quickly responded with a touchdown of their own to make it 10-10. Arizona broke off a huge run late in the frame to give them a seven-point cushion, and the Eagles passed up a chip-shot field goal of their own to go for it on fourth-and-inches with under a minute left until halftime.
