Philadelphia Eagles general manager Howie Roseman certainly backed up his words when he said he wasn't done making moves as they continued to roll in with three signings. One was already known, but a new one caught Eagles fans' attention as someone they remembered from the past.
The Eagles have signed offensive tackle Luke Felix-Fualalo, defensive back Marcus Epps, and wide receiver Britain Covey to the practice squad. Epps was reported late Wednesday night, but it is now official that he is on the practice squad. Felix-Fualalo is part of the International Player Exemption, allowing the team to have 17 players on the practice squad.
