The Philadelphia Eagles aren't celebrating their season-opening win against the Dallas Cowboys very long as they still have work that needs to be done on the roster.
On social media, they announced that they have signed former New England Patriots wide receiver Javon Baker to the practice. To make room for him, the Eagles released 2025 sixth-round pick linebacker Antwaun Powell-Ryland Jr.

Powell-Ryland was quiet primarily in training camp and preseason up until the last game against the New York Jets, where he got a sack and a forced fumble.
