Normally we would lament a football game cut short by the elements, but a lightning storm mercifully ended the Eagles’ third preseason game on Thursday evening. Despite a quick match against the Ravens, the Eagles got encouraging glimpses of their 2019 rookie class.
The Eagles first round pick continued his encouraging preseason in the Eagles loss to the Ravens. The Ravens are well known for having a deep, talented defensive front and Dillard looked impressive against whoever he faced off against. Dillard gets a ding on his grade for a bad holding penalty, but otherwise the Eagles first round pick should have the team very excited.
