Eagles' most notable roster battle at training camp is finally over

The one position battle at training camp that the Philadelphia Eagles have been following from Day 1 has been the CB2 job opposite of Quinyon Mitchell.

Throughout training camp, Adoree' Jackson and Kelee Ringo were the main competitors going at it for the job. This past week at practice, that all changed with Ringo being demoted to backup and Cooper DeJean taking some reps at CB2 in the base defense. Newcomer Jakorian Bennett and rookie Mac McWilliams also got some looks with the first team.

Right before the Eagles' 19-17 win over the New York Jets, it appeared that the position battle was decided.
