The reports on cornerback Jaire Alexander looking to step away from football appear to be true, as the Philadelphia Eagles have confirmed it.
Philly made the news official with their announcement of placing him on the Reserve/Retired List. Good news for Eagles fans, though, is that Jakorian Bennett is officially back from IR as the team has activated him.

Bennett has only played in three games this season for the Eagles, racking up six tackles and one pass deflection.
