Nick Sirianni and the Eagles held a light walkthrough on Monday after running a full practice the day before. The walkthrough was closed to the media as the team gets ready to head out to Cleveland for two away joint practices later this week.
Like many other teams in today’s NFL, the Eagles have become more and more focused on joint practices instead of the preseason. This philosophical change has been so swift that the league even reduced the preseason schedule from 4 to 3 games per team.
Last season, the Eagles practiced with two AFC teams, the Patriots and the Jets.
