The Philadelphia Eagles released their second injury report for Week 14, and there seems to be some concern about the defense, even if most of the starters play.
Philly had the usual suspects this week: not practicing were defensive tackle Jalen Carter (shoulders) and right tackle Lane Johnson (foot), who are not expected to play. A new addition, though, was left guard Landon Dickerson getting a rest day, with Brett Toth covering for him for practice.
Three players were listed as limited in practice:
- Zack Baun, LB (Hand)
- Jahan Dotson, WR (Toe)
- Jaelan Phillips, EDGE (Concussion)
The Eagles had three more players that were listed as full participants at practice:
- Marcus Epps, S (Shoulder)
- Xavier Gipson, WR (Shoulder)
- Myles Hinton, OL (Back)
Philly has some injuries on defense that are becoming a bit alarming
The fact that Baun and Phillips are both practicing is a good thing, but they have been limited in practice, which is a clear indication that they are not 100%.
