The Philadelphia Eagles issued their first official injury report on Thursday in advance of their Week 16 Christmas game against the New York Giants.
For the second week in a row, the Eagles deviated from the late season norm of having a light walkthrough and instead went with a padded practice.
Five players were listed under DID NOT PARTICIPATE: DeVonta Smith, Darius Slay, Landon Dickerson, Zach Cunningham, and Nicholas Morrow.
Smith is an unexpected addition to the injury report. He’s listed with a knee issue. Smith was previously listed on the report with a knee isssue back in Week 13 but he was limited at the beginning of the week before being upgraded to full participation the next two days.
