Any time a player might be in the open market, everyone assumes that Philadelphia Eagles general manager Howie Roseman will be making a call to get a trade done.
This might be in instances where it might make sense for Roseman to make a call in the offseason, as the Las Vegas Raiders made headlines the day after Christmas. FOX Sports' Jay Glazer reported that Raiders defensive end Maxx Crosby left the facilities after the team told him he would not play the rest of the season, despite his wanting to play.
The Raiders appear to be trying to protect Crosby from further injury, as he has been battling through injuries all season for Las Vegas.
