INDIANAPOLIS - The portion of the NFL Scouting Combine that is open to reporters is over, the two-day free agency "legal tampering" period starts in a week, and I'm not sure I've ever had less of a grasp of what the Eagles are doing and where they are headed.
Who's the quarterback? What sort of a coach is Doug Pederson? Will the defensive personnel really fit better into Jim Schwartz's 4-3 setup? Is there reason to think Howie Roseman will be any better at running personnel after being sent off to sit a corner for a year?
