The Eagles made a trade with the Baltimore Ravens to acquire Alexander for a Day 3 draft pick. While many Philly fans are wondering what kind of role he's going to play in the secondary, one mystery about Alexander has been answered.
Alexander will be donning the number 18 jersey for the Eagles. That number was previously worn by John Metchie III, who was dealt at the trade deadline to the New York Jets so the Eagles could get cornerback Michael Carter II.
