Back to the Philadelphia Eagles Newsfeed

Eagles’ $30 million decision is now obvious (and it’s not about Jake Elliott)

At the beginning of the season, the Philadelphia Eagles fan base was screaming at general manager Howie Roseman to get some help at cornerback after the inconsistent play of Adoree' Jackson and Kelee Ringo on the outside.

Roseman heard those calls and made some to other NFL general managers to strike two big deals before the trade deadline. The Eagles traded for cornerbacks Michael Carter II from the New York Jets and Jaire Alexander from the Baltimore Ravens.

Philly fans know how well the Alexander trade has worked out, as he probably won't play a single game with the team ever.
