Philadelphia Eagles head coach Doug Pederson was honored in a ceremony held by his town of residence — Moorestown, New Jersey — on Saturday. Eagles assistant offensive line/tight ends/run game coach Eugene Chung was recognized as well.
They love Pederson so much in Moorestown (and rightfully so) that they actually named a day after him.
“I do hereby proclaim February 24, 2018 to be Coach Doug Pederson Day,” said Moorestown mayor Stacey Jordan, via CBS Philly.
Pederson reciprocated the love by staying around to make sure that everyone who wanted an autograph got one.
