Philadelphia Eagles coach Chip Kelly spoke about his new signal caller a how his situation is very similar to Peyton Manning's and Drew Brees' past injuries and how they switched team and had continued success.
“Peyton Manning switched teams because of an injury. Drew Brees switched teams because of an injury. So we went down that path,” Kelly said, via SI.com.
Kelly's comparison to the two quarterbacks which is a reach with Manning was already set to go to the Hall of Fame, while Brees had a Pro Bowl and went to the playoffs before his injury.
