PITTSBURGH – Caleb Sturgis suffered a concussion during pre-game warm-ups for Thursday’s game against the Pittsburgh when a punt hit the kicker in the head. Sturgis will miss the game, making Cody Parkey the top kicker.
Sturgis had been the top kicker throughout the summer. Parkey will get a chance to leave an impression on the coaching staff at Heinz Field, which is one of the harder places to kick.
