When things couldn't get any worse for the Philadelphia Eagles after losing two straight games, it happened. Again.
ESPN NFL insider Adam Schefter was told by sources that Eagles defensive tackle Jalen Carter has already been ruled out of the Week 14 matchup against the Los Angeles Chargers after undergoing a procedure on both of his shoulders. Carter is going through treatment for both shoulders and is considered week-by-week now.
Schefter added that this injury could be a multi-week injury. For now, Carter is not being considered for the injured reserve.

It's already been a wild season for Carter, who was ejected from the season-opener against the Dallas Cowboys for spitting at Dak Prescott and was fined for the incident.
