The Philadelphia Eagles made a huge decision fairly close to the halfway point of March’s first week as they announced that their future Pro Football Hall of Fame inductee and nine-time Pro Bowl nod (seven times in an Eagles jersey) Jason Peters would be allowed to test the waters of 2020’s version of the free agency pool.
There’s been a huge outpouring of respect, fond farewells, and appreciation for the man the ‘Birds’ and their fans affectionately refer to as “The Bodyguard” and rightfully so.
