3 candidates Philadelphia Eagles should consider as a quarterbacks coach

Although players are the lifeblood of NFL teams, their performance on Sundays is indicative of the quality (or lack thereof) of the coaches who work with them behind the scenes. The curtain has closed on this year’s season and with that comes new cast members to improve the next regular-season campaign. The Philadelphia Eagles are undergoing a retooling of sorts, having fired Mike Groh, Carson Walch, and Phillip Daniels in addition to allowing Cory Undlin to leave to become the Detroit Lions’ defensive coordinator.

Eagles fans will agree that it was a wise decision to trim the fat off the coaching staff en route to allow new ideas to rejuvenate the culture that this team prides itself on.
