The Raiders have been looking for a true outside weapon to complement Derek Carr for some time now, and in 2019 that was thought to be Antonio Brown. We all know how that turned out, what a debacle, but with him it’s not surprising.
With that said Derek Carr has a cannon of an arm and is more accurate than people give him credit for. And he can make the throw downfield to a wide open Henry Ruggs III.
Ruggs is a true burner who can get separation with his acceleration and change up to fastball route speed.
