2019 NFL Free Agency: Golden Tate is back in the NFC East with the Giants

Well, another one bites the dust. After spending a couple of days entertaining offers on the 2019 NFL Free Agency market, former Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Golden Tate has inked a deal with the New York Giants. Instead of playing with him, the Eagles will have to play against him twice a year, for the next four years. So instead of seeing Odell Beckham all the time, the Eagles will have to go against one of their former temporary players.

Tate didn’t spend a long time in Philly. The Eagles acquired him with only a couple hours left on the NFL trade deadline halfway through the 2018 season at the expense of a third-round pick.
