DeSean Jackson makes this list of “Surprise Standouts” because of just how good he has been this camp. Jackson missed the majority of the 2019 campaign and many thought he had lost his step for good. However, this camp has taught everyone watching that Jackson is easily the best weapon the Eagles have and will be a problem if he can stay healthy.
With Miles Sanders and Boston Scott nursing injuries, former Georgia Bulldog Elijah Holyfield has also turned heads at Eagles camp. Holyfield has had more touches than any other running back in camp so far and is poised not only to make the 53-man roster but also to receive touches once the season starts.
