Philadelphia Eagles right guard Brandon Brooks confirmed yesterday that he had suffered a torn Achilles and will miss the upcoming 2020 NFL season. Brooks, a 3-time pro-bowler has battled injuries recently, including another Achilles tear during the 2018 playoffs. Now, the Eagles need to make a decision on how to replace him.
Brandon Brooks is widely considered one of the best if not the best right guard in the NFL. Brooks has already been to three Pro Bowls and was gearing up for a massive 2020 alongside other Eagle offensive line stars like Jason Kelce and Lane Johnson. With Carson Wentz entering a pivotal year in his career it is paramount that the Eagles fill the hole at RG.

Could Jason Peters return to Philadelphia and play right guard? Peters was not re-signed by the Eagles this offseason, however, multiple reports last month thought that the Eagles were close to bringing Peters back. Peters has never played right guard for Philadelphia but could the 38-year-old future HOF'er fill in at RG?
