The UC Irvine senior has gone completely under the radar this draft season. Luke Nelson has had a strong season with the Anteaters and there’s no reason why he shouldn’t be on the radar for the Philadelphia 76ers, even if its just a contract for the Summer League or similar to the contracts T.J. McConnell and Robert Covington received.
The Englishman previously played professional basketball in his homeland for the Reading Rockets. Upon joing the Anteaters, Luke Nelson has become a staple point for the team, leading the team in points three of the four seasons he’s been there.
