After missing the Sixers’ loss to the Nets Tuesday night, Tyrese Maxey will be held out again Wednesday night as the team returns home to face the injury-ravaged Grizzlies.
Nick Nurse said pregame in Brooklyn that Maxey was placed in the league’s concussion protocol.
Nick Nurse said the Sixers spoke with the league, that Maxey’s now in the NBA’s official concussion protocol and will need to check off the outlined steps before returning.
Nurse said he was told Maxey’s concussion is “delayed and mild.
