Leadership, integrity, intelligence, the ability to surround oneself with a talented staff. It is difficult to argue with those characteristics, but any job interview might be better off starting with a more concrete question.
What would be your plan for dealing with Jerryd Bayless’ contract, and what steps would you take to avoid having to dealing with such a situation in the future?
There’s a good chance that Bayless, a 29-year-old guard who joined the team before the 2016-17 season, has played his last game in a Sixers uniform.
