Stephen A. Smith among first critics of Sixers' new logo

ESPN analyst Stephen A. Smith, a man everyone takes seriously and whose opinion is highly respected in the industry, has stepped forward as one of the first national media members to have an opinion on one of the redesigned Sixers logos. 

"Not indicative of the City of Brotherly Love," Smith called an image of Ben Franklin wearing red, white and blue while dribbling a basketball.

"Corny," continued Smith, the man who has appeared on an episode of the soap opera General Hospital and begged to return to the show in a larger capacity. "Not to mention when you're corny and you have a recent history of perpetual losing, that makes it even more alarming.
