Georges Niang
Age: 28 (turns 29 on June 17)
Contract status: First year of two-year, $6.8 million contract
Signed in free agency this past offseason, Niang played four years of collegiate ball at Iowa State before being selected by the Indiana Pacers with the 50th overall pick in the 2016 NBA draft. The 6-foot-7 power forward only saw the court with the Pacers for 93 minutes during his rookie season, and was subsequently waived the following summer.
