With the entire sports world glued into the NFL Draft, Sixers guard Josh Richardson quietly stepped up in the Philadelphia community, committing 500,000 meals to families in need. Following the likes of teammates Ben Simmons, Joel Embiid, Tobias Harris, Al Horford, and others, Richardson is one of many Philadelphia-based athletes to donate to charity during these troubling times.

Pairing up with Lineage Logistics and the nonprofit organization “Philabundence”, Richardson had this to say about his donation:

“I am blessed to be able to provide support during this unprecedented time…The city of Philadelphia, the people and the community have welcomed me with open arms and I will continue to do whatever I can to help as we get through this together.
