Sixers’ Ben Simmons reportedly selling New Jersey home

Earlier this month, Keith Pompey of The Philadelphia Inquirer reported that Philadelphia 76ers guard Ben Simmons listed his $3.1 million condominium, located in Center City, for sale. Now, it would appear as though he’s selling another residence: his $5 million, 10,500-square-foot New Jersey home, which is 20 miles from Wells Fargo Center and features a video game room, fish tank and in-house movie theater.

Simmons’ New Jersey property has five bedrooms and six bathrooms. In addition to the previously referenced amenities, there is a pool table, wine wall, wet and dry bar (not sure what this distinction means) and walk-in pantry.
