I’d hate to say anything definitive after a sample size of just three games this season, but I suspect the Philadelphia 76ers are better than the Detroit Pistons. Two nights after handling the Pistons in Detroit, the Sixers returned home and stomped Monty Williams’ club, 124-92. It was the fifth straight win for the Sixers, who are tantalizing close to the top of the Eastern Conference, and the 22nd straight loss for the Pistons, who are not.
