Philadelphia 76ers Waive New Addition Ignas Brazdeikis

The Philadelphia 76ers are waiving new addition Ignas Brazdeikis whom they acquired in the three-way-deal with the Thunder and Knicks.

According to The Athletic‘s Shams Charania, after only a couple of weeks with the team, the Philadelphia 76ers have decided to part ways with forward Ignas Brazdeikis.

The Sixers acquired Brazdeikis in a move that sent Terrance Ferguson and Vincent Poirier and a second-round pick to the New York Knicks. The deal also involved the Knicks sending Austin Rivers to the Thunder (who was quickly waived), and it most importantly landed the Sixers George Hill (in exchange for Tony Bradley and three more second-round picks).
