The Philadelphia 76ers only played one game this past week and because of that, it was tempting not to give out a “Player of the Week” award. However, upon further consideration and thanks to the All-Star game, there is one player on the roster that’s worthy of the award.
Joel Embiid was voted in as an All-Star starter and was chosen to join Team Giannis. Despite his team losing the event, he made a huge impact on the game and if his team would have one, there’s a chance he would have given the Kobe Bryant MVP award.
