Veteran sharp shooter J.J. Redick is the least flashiest name in the Philadelphia 76ers starting five. Yet how he does in the franchise’s second round matchup against the Toronto Raptors will be a big factor on if the Sixers can beat the Raptors in the best of seven series.
Redick isn’t the first player one would think of when it comes to the idea of the 76ers beating the Raptors to reach the Eastern conference finals. Obviously Philly needs players like Ben Simmons, Joel Embiid and Tobias Harris or Jimmy Butler to be successful and have a shot of beating the Raptors, however that still might not be enough.
