In terms of unexpected moves made by the Philadelphia 76ers this summer, this may the second most surprising one only behind the re-signing of Furkan Korkmaz. The Sixers have filled out their roster right before the beginning training camp, according to Rich Hofmann of The Athletic.
The Sixers announced that they signed Haywood Highsmith. I believe that gets them to the roster limit of 20 players.
