The Philadelphia 76ers have made a lot of changes during the offseason, resulting in a new starting five and an improved bench. One thing that didn’t change is the head coach, Brett Brown, and his beard.
“The Process Era” (75-253)
Brown, who came from the Gregg Popovich tree in San Antonio, was appointed head coach by general manager Sam Hinkie in 2013. He was hired to be part of a rebuild, dubbed “The Process”. Brown led the Sixers to a 75-253 record in his first four seasons, including the third-worst record in NBA history with a 10-72 record in 2016.
