The Philadelphia 76ers are 18-7, 13-0 at home, and have arguably the most thoroughly dominant starting five in basketball — and that’s with more than a few kinks to iron out. The Sixers are a good team, and it’s far too early to discount a potential championship run.
As the Sixers continue to operate in win-now mode, Elton Brand and Co. will inevitably search the trade market for potential upgrades. Philadelphia is light on trade assets at the moment, but a slew of picks and Mike Scott‘s plump mid-level exception might be enough to start a fire.
