Cavaliers guard J.R. Smith (a Freehold, N.J. native) did not play in Thursday's 108-97 loss to the Sixers because of one-game suspension handed down by the team.

His infraction? Throwing a bowl of soup at assistant coach Damon Jones, according to ESPN.
