With the NBA trade deadline now less than two weeks from coming and going, teams in contention like the 76ers are exploring ways to upgrade their rosters for the second half of the season and beyond.
The Sixers find themselves in a similar situation as last year headed into the deadline - in need of bench help - and they figure to be players in the market ahead of the league's Feb. 7 trade embargo and/or possibly later during its buyout period.
