The Joel Embiid-less Sixers knocked off the Houston Rockets 131-127 behind a 42-point game from Tyrese Maxey.
He scored those 42 on 50% shooting from the field, getting to the free throw line 15 times. Tobias Harris poured in 22 points, shooting 10-of-18 from the field, and Marcus Morris had 14 points, including the dagger four-point play.
