The Philadelphia 76ers have not exactly managed to stand out this season. Touting a 16-12 win-loss card through their first 28 games, no one would have them penciled in as definite feel-good stroies so far, although the team has arguably done relatively well when taking into account the fact that they’ve already had to deal with numerous injuries right from the get-go.
Joel Embiid has missed considerable time, but he has also appeared in 12 of their 28 outings. He has not played in back-to-backs and had already been sidelined due to injuries and a minor illness, but this is still more than what people probably expected out of him at this juncture.
