The Philadelphia 76ers started off quite embarrassingly yet again on Friday night against the Detroit Pistons, and weren’t able to overcome a slow start in the first quarter. The Pistons would end up winning the game with ease.
In the second quarter the Sixers came close, but fell again in the third quarter, and never seemed to have the energy to get back to a competitive level. Andre Drummond‘s 16 rebounds and Reggie Jackson‘s 21 points were tough to counter. All five Pistons starters were in double digit scoring.
Overall, the loss was mostly product–as usual–of not getting shots to fall.
