Ex-76ers GM Sam Hinkie is selling his five-bedroom mansion in Bryn Mawr for $3.1 million

By now, you probably think you know everything there is to know about Sam Hinkie. Or at least, everything that's out there publicly.

Well, you might not have known this: While he was the 76ers' general manager, he lived in a five-bedroom, seven-bathroom mansion in Bryn Mawr, not far from Villanova's campus.

Now, Hinkie is putting the house up for sale, and it looks as if he's going to turn a profit on it. (Insert puns about trusting a process and trading assets here.)

Located on a private cul-de-sac overlooking 25 acres of the Harriton Farm Preservation and built in the 19th century, the home has five bedrooms and seven bathrooms spread over three levels of living space.
