Ben Simmons absolutely took over this game and did it early. In the first half alone, the 6’10 guard had 26 points (season-high, and 1-1 from deep!), five rebounds, three assists, two blocks, and two steals. His 11-12 shooting was where he made eight straight shots, not missing in the second quarter. He got to the line 12 times total, where he went 9-12.
He wound up finishing the game with a stat line of 34 PTS/ 3 REB/ 7 AST/ 2 BLOCKS/ 2 STEALS.
