Elfrid Payton and the Finals runner-up Phoenix Suns have reached an agreement on a one-year deal, according to Shams Charania of The Athletic.
Payton is coming off a season in which he averaged 10.1 points, 3.4 rebounds and 3.2 assists in 23.6 minutes per game with the New York Knicks.

Payton is of course a former Sixers draft pick who was swapped on draft night for the one, the only Dario Saric.
