Cedi Osman has agreed to a four-year, $31 million contract extension with the Cleveland Cavaliers, according to Marc Stein of the New York Times:

The 24-year-old Osman is currently in his third NBA season, all with the Cavaliers after they drafted him in the second round of the 2015 NBA Draft.
