The franchise may have finally found a way to dispel a rebounding curse that has limited its ability to perform at the highest level in previous campaigns.
Barlow signed a two-way contract for the 76ers on July 9 in an attempt to bolster a front court that possessed little depth and appeared to be an injury away from derailing the upcoming NBA campaign before it had even begun.
Former Hawks forward could play an important role
The 22-year-old is yet to make his mark in the NBA after stints with the San Antonio Spurs and the Atlanta Hawks; however, his time with the Sixers could be his opportunity to find a home, as his physical attributes are exactly what this roster requires.
